Attorney Foley is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He received a BS in Math and Computer Science from Worcester State College in 1983, and spent almost thirty years in the Information Systems and Manufacturing Industries.
