If you have ever had ANY interaction with the police, other than to ask for directions, you should consult with a Firearms Licensing Attorney BEFORE submitting an application for a License to Carry Firearms (LTC).

Attorney Foley is an ardent supporter of the Second Amendment and is knowledgeable in the area of Massachusetts Firearms Laws. He is a member of the Worcester Pistol and Rifle Club, the Gun Owners Action League (GOAL) and a supporter of Commonwealth Second Amendment, Inc. (COMM2A.ORG). He co-drafted an Amicus Curiae Brief at the request of COMM2A in a controversial license revocation case in the Supreme Judicial Court.

If you are seeking assistance exercising your right to keep and bear arms, or just want help filling out the application for a License to Carry (LTC), contact Attorney Foley.

Application FOR NEW/RENEWAL OF A FIREARMS IDENTIFICATION CARD OR LICENSE TO CARRY FIREARMS OR LICENSE TO POSSES A MACHINE GUN

While working with a client recently, I realized that the Application for a License to Carry or FID must be printed out and you must use a typewriter or hand print the information. To remedy this situation, I have modified a copy of the application form from the The Official Website of the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security so you may now fill in your information on you computer and print it.

Note: You should verify that your police department will accept the EOPSS application before submitting it. Some Police Chiefs have developed their own forms.
